Texas A&M University-Kingsville’s (TAMUK) on-campus students have started showing their Christmas spirit by decorating their dorm rooms after the Thanksgiving holidays.

time of year.”
Door decorations have been very interesting this semester ranging from Christmas wrapping paper to
drawing a Christmas tree on butcher paper.
“I’ve always been a man of the seasons,” said Marcellis Childs, freshman and Mesquite Village resident said. “Go to Mesquite. Look for the door that’s decorated, that’s mine!”
However, not all students decorate their doors.
“Decorating my door is just more money for me to spend,” said Austin Johnson, freshman and Mesquite Village resident. “I already put money into the school, I don’t need to make it look pretty.”
Many students are still not finished with their door decorations and are still looking at others to get ideas.
